IMPROVEMENT CYCLE
- English (US)
This film was all created using generative AI technologies. Some images look like Japanese landscapes but are slightly different. Strange songs are sung in mysterious language. This is a memory that regenerates from the brains of humans which are already extinct. The aliens are continuing to work silently, collecting and recording these memories from around the world. They have a very important purpose.
Generation
A brief journey through the human experience as seen by the eyes of an Artificial Intelligence.

FOSSiLS
- English (US)
In films and books, our species never fades away. We love to believe we’re immortal that way! Yet millennia conquer all in time’s endless chase. What if we’re but dinosaurs, awaiting our fate? When the elements have burned all our ships, and the grandest works of nations are swept away, it is foretold that the Earth will breathe once more. And one distant day, in the deep abyss below, faint hearts will begin to beat again. But somewhere, somehow, there will remain traces of us— lingering whispers of who we were.
Ancient Works
BAIFF 2025 School Award - "Ancient Works", winner of School Award at BAIFF, is a comical short film that explores with tragic irony how artificial intelligence could rapidly disrupt traditional jobs and the entire world of work. The story centers on a lovely horse who works as a rocking horse for a child who is the company's boss. The horse is bored by his job and the monotony of his daily routine, but this is abruptly interrupted when Cuby AI enters the scene, a sophisticated robot that, thanks to artificial intelligence, can transform into any toy. At this point, an unequal race against time and AI begins, to reinvent himself in other professions, leveraging his skills and abilities. However, artificial intelligence now learns quickly, and no sector is immune. Ultimately, only feelings make humans different and special from machines (the final scene, however, suggests that even this could change). The video is ironic, but also reflects on current issues, such as "the fear that artificial intelligence will replace all jobs, including the most unlikely ones," "people's ignorance about what AI really is," "the difficulty people have in keeping up with AI," but also "the lifestyle and work habits of both managers and workers in the 1980s and 2000s (hence the "08 and 80" that appears on the alarm clock, symbolizing the workers stuck in that world), which in some ways is still relevant and on the verge of being overturned by AI." The short film is created entirely using artificial intelligence tools and combines cartoon and realistic styles. The film's images, as well as some plot points, are created using Chat gpt. The videos and many of the sounds are created using Kling AI. Editing and post-editing, as well as the video's music, are done using Cap Cut.
ALGORTIMO Leggero
- Italiano
BAIFF 2025 Honorable Mention - Where does truth end, and where does fiction begin? This is the question at the heart of "Leggero", the latest music video by Algoritmo, the AI-generated artist. The video follows a surreal day in Milan, where Algoritmo moves through a world where fiction is accepted as truth—from being a guest on a Tv Show to starring in gossip headlines, a fashion ad, and even appearing next to Trump and Zelensky. Everything feels hyper-real, blurring the line between reality and artificiality. Overwhelmed by the illusion of authenticity, Algoritmo—an artificial being himself—experiences a shift when he locks eyes with Andy Warhol in the subway. Warhol, the icon of Pop Art and image reproduction, simply smiles, as if revealing a deeper truth: perhaps reality has always been a construct. At that moment, Algoritmo embraces lightness. The world transforms, and people around him begin to float, freed from the weight of meaning and judgment. In the final surreal moment, he too rises above Milan, finally accepting his nature. The video embodies the theme of the song’s chorus: "I live lightly because, bro, there’s nothing real" (Vivo leggero perché fra non c'è niente di vero).
Ratvertising
- English (US)
Ratvertising is a satirical mockumentary disguised as a scientific behavioral study of a rare species of creative rodents, ratvertisers, working under simulated advertising agency conditions. Created entirely with AI, the film offers a biting critique of agency culture: relentless stress, burnout, and the obsession with productivity at all costs. At a time when artificial intelligence is seen as a threat to many creatives, Ratvertising flips the script, using AI not to replace, but to expose. And it asks a veiled question. Does AI risk making us even more productive... and therefore more enslaved?
A Feather and A Prayer
- English (US)
In a world where technology ruled and humans craved the strange and sensational, a curious fashion swept across the land: the Pigeon Bikini. In this film we follow the dialogue over the phone between a customer who has just lost one of the pigeons she is wearing while sunbathing on the beach, and a grotesque and slightly surreal customer service agent named Lola LeClair working from what looks like a gas station/bodega someplace in rural America. Lola doesn’t seem incredibly invested, they rather word-play with the silly customer who while panicking doesn’t notice Lola’s uncomfortable sarcasm.
Armed Peace
A music video created entirely with artificial intelligence. Nothing you see in this video actually exists, from the voice to the face of "With Love," the singer of "Armed Peace." This video was born to test the new potential of artificial intelligence but also to spark questions about the future of creativity
